When you set your Hyperlink properties, set the Target Frame for; New Window
(_blank).

Either add this before </head>
<base target="_blank">
If you only want some links to go to a new page, add this to these links
target="_blank"
e.g. <a href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/" target="_blank">

Not possible to set individual target values, if using FP navigation components.
