Links in My Computer

When you open My Computer and click on the links to My
Documents or My Network places on the left side it does
not take you there. They appear as links and the hand
shows up when you place the mouse there, but they do not
take you to the locations. How do I make them work?
Network and Dial Up connections works, but the others
don't.

Please help!!
