Links in My Computer stopped working

The links, to My Documents and My Network Places, stopped
working in My Computer. The links doent work from the
other areas either (My Documents links to My Computer).
When I hoover over the link it shows what it will do but
clicking does nothing.

Do you have Norton installed or some other AV program which protects you from scripting because that is what those links use.?
