Links In Frontpage 2002 SP-2

I have a page at www.hiddentrailscornmaze.com and have a couple links
setup on it to open in a new window but the problem is when I click on
the link it opens up minimized on the task bar instaed of showing the
window and I have to right click on the taskbar button and chosse
maximized to get it to open. Is there a way to fix this???
Thanks for any help
 
IE will reopen at the last size it was closed under. This is not a FP
related issue.
