Hi, Sam.
Is there any functionality in MS Access for links to web pages or other
documents like is present in Word?

Yes. They are called Hyperlinks. One may use a bound Text field on a form
or even an unattached label to display these Hyperlinks which, when clicked
on, will open a Web page in the default Web browser or another type of file
with its default application, such as Word or Excel.

HTH.
