Right click on the Links Folder>click Properties>then click the box next to
"Hidden". This will keep it from showing in the list. If you delete it,
Windows will just recreate it on the next boot.

Possibly. Doubleclick on the Links label (or just drag the Links bar drag lug
e.g. if you want both a Links bar and an Address bar at the same time)
and it will create buttons out of your your first few Links Favorites.
Note: you have to unlock the Toolbars to do this.
