Why does WIE keep putting a Links Favorite in my list? And can I stop it.

Hi FL Consultant 
Right click on the Links Folder>click Properties>then click the box next to
"Hidden". This will keep it from showing in the list. If you delete it,
Windows will just recreate it on the next boot.

You can drag this folder from Favorites to IE toolbar for quick(er) access
to your most-used links.

e.g. if you want both a Links bar and an Address bar at the same time)
and it will create buttons out of your your first few Links Favorites.
Note: you have to unlock the Toolbars to do this.
