Links don't work

Links in mail on Outlook Express will no longer open IE. I am new to
computers and can't see the problem. I have not changed anything that I
know of.

Try this:

Close OE, then type the following into Start>Run:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Please note the space between the 2 and u.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'.

Try the URLs again then.
