'related topics' and/or colored words embedded in the discussion do not link

link to something. I thought it was perhaps because I was not on-line, but

Too many questions, so few answers !
1/ >coloured words embedded in the discussion do not link to anything.
What should appear is a short paragraph at the same place expanding those
coloured words.
Like looking up a word in a dictionary,getting more meaning.
2/ The rest is confusing to me sorry to say.
I presume that when you type a help topic request into the box at the top
left area, it takes you to the box with suggested results, the number
dependant on the question itself.
Clicking on an result should display a topic(meaning words), to the right
side of the screen.
Down the bottom may be coloured 'Related Topics', if there are any to have.
Click on that, and sub topic(s) words appear.
Click on that, and so on, Topic's can refer to each other of course.
Then there is the Index, and that follows the same logic.
