Links don't fully open

It is most likely a small window.
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

For no obvious reason, of late if I click on a link (e.g. in an email) I get
only a truncated IE title bar, and then have to open it. I can't find a way
of amending this setting: advice appreciated.

Thanks - that's done it. Ironically I've met the "small window" before, but
this window had borders so precisely aligned to the title bar that I didn't
think of that.

Both acknowledgements arrived on the MS server but your ISP's server
may have a glitch. Try the MS server instead.

I have come across this before, but on this occasion the reduced window size
so exactly matched the title bar that I didn't think of the obvious solution
....
NB I'm sure I sent an earlier acknowledgement, but it seems to have got
lost in cyberspace
