Hi, hope you all can help. Have searched high and low for an explanation on
the net but cannot find one. I have about 30 urls in mu links bar, and after
sp2 and microsoft spyware install, internet explorer seems to randomly
arrange them alphabetically. I change them, it works for a few days, and
then bang - they go alphabetical again.
Please help

Hi clialios :-)

Try this free little utility to organize your Favorites like you wish.

FavOrg PCMag: To set Favicons or FavOrg 1.4 here:
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1558477,00.asp
Favicons are only temporary until cleared from your cache.

(still free at these links) which will allow you to save them permanently
in a different folder and re-associate your favorites with the stored icons.
(It will also verify whether your links in Favorites are still good, BTW.)

If you want to read more about it first, go here:

Hope this helps

Jan :)

don't you just hate that microsoft spyware ?

by the way has anyone found the vulnerability in the
microsoft antispyware program weblink "spynet" yet? let the
fake spyware definitions fly and have it see windows as
spyware to be deleted.

Thanx I will give that sw a try, But it still bugs me that this only happens
on one of my pc's.
And yes well spotted - apologies to microsoft for the term "spyware" of
course I meant "anti spyware".
