Hi David - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
there:

I've had the same problem for several days. I will try this suggested
fix and wonder if anyone knows the cause of this sudden problem, and
in particular, if this might be related to a patch.

Thanks for any help.

Such problems are most often caused by spyware (see below) or installing
updates with your anti-virus application enabled and/or other Windows-based
processes running in the background.

Dealing with Hijackware

I highly recommend using HijackThis
(http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip) to identify and
assist in the removal of these bad guys. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
