Is this possible ?
i.e. using the example from Excel help re: linking to a non-open source
can I use :-
=SUM('C:\Reports\[Budget.csv]Annual'!C10:C25).
As you can see , the only thing that has changed is the file *Budget*
extension from xls to csv.
