Linking to another web site

Hi !
I've done some reading on linking to another one of my web sites also
created in FrontPage - both sites are under construction; not yet published.
As I read thru the information, and because I'm so new to this, I'm not sure
of the steps. Would some be willing to liist actual steps to linking from
one site to another using a graphic?

File | Import the graphic into your FP Web, insert it on a page and save.
Right click on the images and go to properties..add your hyperlink, and
save.
