Linking to a specific slide within a PPT from a webpage

I know you can link to a ppt file from a href link in a webpage ( <
href="filename.ppt>click here</a> )
But is it possible to create a link (href) in a webpage that wil
automatically open a .ppt file on a specific slide (i.e. the href wil
link to slide 15 in the presentation).

Any ideas? or is this totally unfeasible
