Linking Tables to Access DB

I have linked the contacts "table" in Access to Outlook. It is only showing
250 of my 1400 contacts. The first time I did it; it worked fine, but the
next time I opened the database only 250 showed up. Everytime I have tried it
afterward, only 250 will show up.

Any suggestion?

The linked table method has major limitations, including the inability to show even all the reasonably important fields. While articles have been written on how to expand on this method's obvious features, I've never been able to duplicate the results. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm#linkedtables . It looks like you've found another limitation -- one that may be imposed by the limit of 250 open RPC channels to the Exchange server.

That page will also give you other ideas on how to work with databases and Outlook together. You'll need to write code or use a third-party tool that does the heavy lifting.
