Hi,

I have one bid database and I have split it into two database. One
contains Tables only and other contains Forms, Queries etc. Problem I am
having with linking is when I use Link Manager to link tables from other
database it is linking using network path e.g. F:\test\test.mdb

Problem is not everybody in company has same network drive Letter "F"
used. they may have same directory mapper with e.d. Z:\test\test.mdb
on the same server since Windows allows you to use any letter to map
the drive.

Is there any way I can Link tables using the Server Name\Path instead of
Network Drive Letter ??

If yes How ?. Link Manager does not allow me to change the path

Thanks a lot

When you use Linked Table manager to re-link the tables...instead of using
drive letter, browse through network neighborhood/My Network Places to the
location of the back-end.
