Tina's reply is an excellent one however, I would like to
offer one that's a little more on the novice level. Click
and drag "Phone#'s" from one table object and drop it
on "Phone#'s" to the other table object. This will create
a line showing the fields you've linked. Double click the
line. Note: It can be very hard to get a hold of the
line. If you get a Properties dialog box, you missed the
line. The line should get bold and you should get a Join
Properties dialog box. Read through the options. They
are very clear. Select your option and run the query.
