I am trying to build a DB that will have some scanned
files (PDF's) linked to specific records.

I found a way to create a hyperlink on a forms page,
however it is not relative to the specific record.

Is this something that can be done?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Chris,

Access has a Hyperlink field type for just this purpose. Normally all
you have to do is to include a Hyperlink field in your table, and use a
textbox on an Access form bound to that field. You can even drag and
drop the PDF file's icon onto the textbox.

But I don't quite know what you mean by "a forms page". If this is
something other than an Access form things might be more complicated.
