Linking One Workbook to Another

I am working on a budget, with which I must track the travel expenses of employees. I have individual expense sheets for all of the employees, with all expenses for the year, broken down my month. Then I have monthly expense sheets with all of the total employee expenses just for that particular month. I want to link the two sheets so that when I enter data on the individual sheet, it automatically filters into the monthly sheet. The problem is that, I have to link cell by cell for each employee for each month, and it is very time consuming. 12 months and 50 employees means that i have to go back and forth between the two sheets for every category, 12 times, for 50 people! Is it possible to link multiple cells from one sheet to another, at the same time, rather than having to do it one cell at a time?
