linking new outgoing emails to bcm contacs/projects

Is there a way to link an e-mail when you are creating the email and
before sending the e-mail.
Currently i have to go to the sent folder, open the sent email and
then link it.

If the string in the To field is also in a Business Contact or Account
email field, and you have EAA turned on (the default), then outgoing
emails should be automatically added to the contact's history.

I left out that i wanted to link an email to a project history.
normally in a project we have to email differnt vendors. i would like
to link the emails i send thats related to a project.

Max:

Try this -- click on an email in your Inbox from a vendor. Click on the
Email Auto Link button on the BCM icon bar. There is a tab at the top that
says Business Projects that will show a list of your projects. Choose the
project(s) you want to link that email address to and it's supposed to work.
