Linking incoming emails

How do I link an incoming email to a contact/account? Is there a direct
method? I know that I could first save the email in a folder then use the
"add" a file, this would be too many steps.

To automatically link incoming email to your Business Contact / Account,
please do the following:
1. On the Business Tools menu, point to Link E-mail, and then click "Auto
Linking".
2. In the "Link E-mail Automatically" dialog box, select your mail folders
and click on "OK"
