Outlook Linking Hotmail to Outlook

Hi All,

Using the Outlook Connector I've managed to link my Hotmail account so it shows as a folder in Outlook

However, when I try and open the folder it says "The set of folders cannot be opened. C:\xxx\xxx\xxx\xxx\[email protected] is not an offline folder file"

I've located the .ost file in C: but cannot figure out how to make it "offline"?

Also, quite often when I open Outlook it repeatedly asks for the Hotmail password 3+ times?

Any advice much appreciated.
