Linking Frontpage files to website created in Dreamweaver

I inherited a website created with Dreamweaver and use Frontpage to maintain
it because I have the Frontpage software. Everything works and uploads fine.
My problem now is that drop-down menus were set up prior and I need to link
new pages to them and can not figure out how to. Or an alternative to solving
this problem. Can you help with this dilema.
