Hi, I have a form with several fields. I want to be able to type a name in
one field (in the address area) and have it show in several areas throughout
the document.

In other words, when I type 'ABC Company' in the address field, I would like
it to display 'ABC Company" every other place I specify.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave

Each form field has an associated bookmark name, which you can see and
modify in the field's Properties dialog.

In all the other places where the field value should repeat, insert a
cross-reference (from the Insert > Cross-reference or Insert >
Reference > Cross-reference menu, depending on which version of Word
you have) linking back to the form field.

This can also be done with a REF field from the Insert > Field dialog,
but then you have to type in the bookmark name of the form field.

Thanks! Jay
