linking emails to accounts

I have tried several different ways to link an email to an account that I
created, but BCM does not save the changes, and emails do not show up in
history. I know how it's done, but can't make it stick, Help!!
 
OK, BCM SP1 took care of that problem, my emails now show up in history. Now
I am trying to format my history columns, again I know how to make the
changes, but can't get BCM to keep them. Another bug or is it me???
 
Call it a missing feature.
