linking different fields from different worksheet

Dear experts,

I have created a table in Sheet 1, with different
fields (such as company name, number of employees, date of
joining the company etc) filled in.

I would like to use the fields again in Sheet 2. Is there
any way that the data can be linked, so that when I type
the name of anyone company, the corresponding fields will
update the content automaticallly
