I have a spreadsheet which contains expiry dates. I would like to know if
there's a way of linking the dates directly into Outlook without having to
manually insert the dates in Outlook as there are quite a lot of them and
they will be subject to change.

If VBA is the only answer, please provide dummy instructions as I am by no
means an expert with VBA.

Many thanks in advance.

Dear Diane

I was hoping to link rather than import otherwise I will have to import
again if the info changes which is likely. Any vba code to help the linking
would be appreciated.

Many thanks anyway for a very fast response.
Regards

Linking in what way? You could import them into outlook as appointments.

I'm not aware of any ready to use code offhand - try outlookcode.com and
excel vba websites. You would use ODBC to make the connection.
