Linking calendars...Sharepoint to Outlook to Sharepoint

I can link to an Outlook calendar from Sharepoint and it updates as I add
items to my Sharepoint calendar, but I'd like to be able to have the items
that I add in the Outlook calendar update the calendar in Sharepoint as well.
Is this possible? If so, how can I accomplish?
 
No, updates are one way in this version.
