Linking Buisiness Contact Manager on a Server

I am currently using Business Contact Manager independently on my own
machine. However I would like everyone to be able to see information about
current projects etc and be able to add to them. We have a small business
server and from what I can find I think I would have to set up a database on
there to link it, but can not find anything on what the format or content of
that database should be.

Can anyone help?

You can install Outlook and BCM on the server, create a database,
share it and make sure that users can connect to it from their client
machines. Once the database is functional, you can uninstall Outlook
and BCM from the server.

As an alternative, to avoid installing Outlook/BCM on the server, you
can use the BCM database tool to create or install a database on the
server:
