I am working on a presentation for my company. The first
slide is a graph concerning financial information. The
second slide is back up for the graph.

The back-up file is a Microsoft Excel Wokrbook imbedded.
Inputting is done on the 2-5 tabs (one for each area) then
summarized on the main view screen page.

Is there any way to link the inputed information from the
back up slide to the datasheet for graph on slide 1??

Instead of re-keying the data I was curious if it could
pull the numbers from the back-up slide required to
populate the graph.

Thanks!!
Todd

As a more direct way of doing the same thing, couldn't you:

Create the graphs in Excel (from the numbers in Excel) instead of
MSGraph/PowerPoint, each on its own chartsheet instead of embedded in the
worksheet

Copy the graphs from Excel then Edit, Paste Special, Link into PPT.

Updating the numbers in Excel will update the graphs as well.
