Linked Table Manager Wizard - Not working

I have just completed installing all the current Office
2000 updates and now my linked table manager does not
work. I get an error message saying the wizard is not
installed or there is a declaration problem. Is there a
fix or workaround for this problem.
 
A2003 Linked Table Manager - No Linked Tables Displayed

Re-register AccWiz.dll from the Access 2003 version (this usually happens
when you have multiple versions of Access on your machine):

Start ... Run
regsvr32.exe "PathTo\ACCWIZ.DLL"
