Linked pictures in Forms

I've set up pictures in a form that are linked using Article ID : 148463 in
Microsoft support but when I print all of the forms the image is the same for
every record. How do I make it "reload" each page while it is printing so the
image prints properly for each record?
 
Interesting Prob. I've done this successfully and will share my db if you
want. Not sure how to get it to you. It's in a zip file.
