linked pages showing up in minimized format

Something has changed on my computer. Now when I click to
another page it comes up in a very minimized format. I
have to click the top right hand maximze constantly. Can
anyone tell me how to fix this?

Try the below outlined steps:
1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the corners so that the window fills the
screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.
