If you have info in Excel, merely open that file, highlight what you want to
copy, press CTRL-C to copy it, switch to PowerPoint, click "Edit", "Paste
Special", select the type of object and click the "linked" option.
Does that work for you?

Hi, I have a powerpoint presentation that I use quite a bit. It is very
detail and takes quite a bit of time to change the specific numbers and
charts. Is there any way that I can either link to a Excell spreadsheet or
have some other way to just enter the new numbers and or text so that it
would auto update
