Hi, I have a powerpoint presentation that I use quite a bit. It is very detail and takes quite a bit of time to change the specific numbers and charts. Is there any way that I can either link to a Excell spreadsheet or have some other way to just enter the new numbers and or text so that it would auto update

If you have info in Excel, merely open that file, highlight what you want to
copy, press CTRL-C to copy it, switch to PowerPoint, click "Edit", "Paste
Special", select the type of object and click the "linked" option.

Does that work for you?

Another option is Take-off's DataPoint:
