Linked forms

Hi
I need same help
I have to tables Departments (primary table) and Employees (related table)
relationship one to many I ‘m trying to create a form through wizard but
instead creating a subform a choose linked forms options
On my main form departments a have a button which says Employees but
clicking on this button there is no action but it should open my Employees
form which was created at the same time I’m using Access 2007
Any suggestions will help
