Linked Excel workbooks and powerpoint slides

I've linked my excel workbook to a powerpoint slide but I
want to add a new, identical slide everytime the data is
updated (i.e. certificate numbers that run sequentially
that correspond to a specific person - each certificate
number must bring up a new slide). If anyone can help me
I'd really appreciate it!
