Linked combo boxes

Hoping somebody can help me with this problem where I have to have three linked drop down lists where the answers from 1 & 2 will determine the options available in box 3.

I have used the following as an example

List 1:

132kV
33kV
11kV
LV

List 2:

Replacement
Refubishement
Diversion

List 3 will have different options for 132kV Replacement than LV replacement

132kV repl Cables
Pylons
Poles

LV repl Cables
Meters
Boards

and similar with refurbishment

132kV refurb Pylons
Poles
Terminations

LV refurb poles
meters
terminations

The answers in Q1 and Q2 drive the list which is available in Q3.

I though about make seperate tabs within excel ie 132kV with the answers to Q3 in seperate columns, but couldnt think how to link all this together.

Any help gratefully received.
