Anyone has a new link to ClipSecure?
The link (http://geocities.com/csswa/clipsecure11.zip) given by SOS is
broken.

I don't think you looked at all. Just type "clipsecure" in a search
engine and what do you get? No. 1 on the list:
<http://www26.brinkster.com/belzecue/clipsecure.htm>
There just click on <download> and you'll see several download
locations of which the first one is alive and kicking.
