Link to Business Contact records gone awry

When I try to link an appointment or email to the business history log, and
select "Business Contact" as the Record Type, my "Contact" records are
displayed in the Available Records NOT my "Business Contacts." It was working
just fine yesterday, but is not today. Can anyone help?
 
Is this still a problem in your Outlook profile? Does this happen if you
create a new Outlook profile (Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles | Add...)
