I use to have a link that explained the various BIOS settings (for idiots)
for my motherboard but I had a system chrash and can't seem to find it on
google now. I'm running Windows 98SE on a Abit KG-7 with a Athlon 1.4
processor, 784 megs ram, and a 9500 Pro video card. I'm trying to set the
AGP settings in my BIOS to get the most out of the card and I'm not sure
about things like:
Video RAM cacheable
AGP driving control (drive strength, slew rate etc...)
AGP aperture size
AGP ISA Alaising
AGP Fast write
AGP always compensate
Does anyone have a link that might help, or should I just leave these
settings to default?
Thanks
