If you're thinking of a live link so the contents of a cell in a
worksheet somewhere automatically appear in a field in a record in an
Access table - no, this isn't possible.
Give a bit more information on what you're trying to achieve and someone
may be able to suggest an alternative approach.

Yes, I did that recently. Go to file, get external data,
link tables. I believe it has to be set up like a list.
