link to a certain line of the page

I would appreciate anybody's help with this:


I have a page with a lot of text. This text is divided
into different sections.

At the top of the page I have listed the title to each
one of the sections. How can I do it so when you click on
a title, you are inmediatly taken to the part of the page
where the section (with this particular title) is
explained in detail. I am trying to avoid having to
scroll down to the bottom of the page to read specific
sections.
