I came across an interesting site that appears not be listed by Henk de
Jong:
thefreecountry: Free Programmers', Webmasters' and Security Resources:
http://www.thefreecountry.com/

The site lists a whole bunch of freeware for geeks: compilers, website
tools, libraries, etc.. It's updated regularly, and is quite extensive.
