link sent as e-mail

I have just bought a new laptop, and I keep wanting to e-
mail a web page but a new screen comes up to sign up for
msn 8.
Why cant I send a link through e-mail as asked?
 
Run "inetwiz.exe" and set a default internet connection.

Go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Programs tab and set the
Email program to the correct email app that you want to
use.
