link in nav bar to open in new window

Hi

FP 2000 w/Win XP sp2. hyperlink from text gives you the option of having
the link open in a new window but this option seems to disappear when you're
editing a hyperlink in a link bar. I'd like the hyperlink in the link bar to
open in a new window.
Can this be done?
