Link from Word to an Excel cell.

I'm using Word and Excel 2000.

Is it possible to link from Word to an Excel cell?

I want to have the data automatically updated in Word

Whenever the data changes in Excel.

Example: The color of the cat is blue.

The word blue would come from the Excel cell A1.

The word blue would change id the value in cell A1 changed.

Help please.

Try copying the cell in Excel and then Paste Special with the link activated
in Word.
