Link Directory Software

Does anyone know of a directory software which would work with front
page? It does not need to be open source or freeware. Unfortunately I
have a site with a quantity of links which now requires a database, but
I do not have the time to learn.

I have also searched all of the online template galleries for a
database template. If anyone knows of one, pls. point me in that
direction. I have only found one, which would list simply (others are
E-commerce, real estate or car listings) URL's, BUT it only offered
drop down lists. I am looking for something more like actual category
titles under which I could list the categories urls. Such as:

Cat Health
Cat Health > Endocrine System
Cat Health > Endocrine System > Diabetes
