I tried to create a second link bar by following these
steps.
1. Delete one Link bar.
2. Choosing Web Components from the Insert menu.
3. Choose Link Bar in the list box at the left and Bar
With Custom
Links
in the list box at the right.
4. Click Next, choose a Bar Style.
5. Click Next, then choose an Orientation.
6. Click Finish and give the Link Bar a Name.
7. For each link that you want, click Add Link then fill
in the Text
To Display and Address boxes.
8. Click OK.
After completing these steps I placed the new link bar in
the spot that I wanted it and I got this message instead
of the new link bar. [The current page is not a member
of this link bar. Edit the properties of this link bar
and add the current page.] How do I edit the properties
to get the quick link bar to show up?

View Navigation and add the page to the nav view
