Link Bar - one of my buttons doesn't have the image around it

I have a Web site that I created last year. I inserted a new page and it's
on the link bar and if you click on it, it navigates to the page OK, but on
the link bar it doesn't show the box around it - just an "x" with the name.
I have tried everything and deleted the page, added it again, deleted the
link bar, created a new one, but it still won't show the same design as the
rest of the links. Any suggestions?
