Link bar not showing on web page

I have a problem with a web site I designed for a class - I am using FP2003
with the web dynamic template and the link bar on the left side of the page
is not showing after I publish. The URL is www.hinge-recruiting.com - could
someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

I have a simular problemon my site http://junkjaunt.com. It is not showing my
shared borders and images after publication. I reset the FP Extentions on my
server...did not help. Checked the path in picture properties... corect path
to the pictures there. I am geting nowhere with the problem. Help!

All the banner and nav .gif images (in your _derived folders) are not available and instead of a standard File not Found Error are
generating an Internal Server Error as in
http://junkjaunt.com/_derived/search.htm_cmp_sandston000_vbtn.gif or http://junkjaunt.com/_overlay/Byways map.htm_txt_map1.gif

Since the site has the FP SE, it leads me to believe your host does not support either
- long file names or
- _hidden folders or
- any .gif images
